PR Practitioners Read from their own writing at Literary Festival in Jamaica

Public relations practitioners Monique Morrison and Mark Thomas will read from their own writing at the Two Seasons Talking Trees Literary Fiesta which will be held in Treasure Beach on Saturday, February 25 from 10a.m. to 4p.m. Special partner for the literary stage is 
JAMCOPY, the Jamaican copyright licensing agency.

Ms Morrison is the immediate Past President of IABC-Caribbean Jamaica Chapter; she will read from her collection of poems. Morrison 
has performed for audiences at the Jamaica Poetry Society and Asante Adonai Literary Lyme, Kingston Pon di River Festival and the Independent Voyces Literary Festival. 

Past President of the PRSJ, Mark Thomas, will read from his unpublished manuscrupt Football Revolutionary: Biographical Accounts of the History of Jamaican Football through the life and times of Winston Chung Fah. Thomas says that he regards the art and skill of writing and storytelling as central to the competencies and effectiveness of a corporate communicator and sees a niche in writing biographies and historical works.
